A Taste of Embroidery
by Sally Kroenhke
This is a beginner’s class in embroidery. I will be teaching the 10 basic stitches that will help you to read and understand almost any diagram that shows a single embroidered stitch deign or a combination of stitches. We will be covering stitches like the back stitch, stem stitch and the French knot and why we use the different stitches. You will find embroidery is easier than you think. I will provide linen fabric, needles and embroidery thread. Please bring your own 8” or larger embroidery hoop and a pair of scissors.
