Janet Shaw will share pictures and stories from her artist residency at Tasara weaving center in Beypore, India. After the meeting and lunch she will lead us in a workshop on wood block printing on paper. Please bring lunch. Those wishing to stay after meeting for block printing should email Janet at jshaw234@gmail.com to RSVP, so that Janet has enough supplies on hand. Please bring a small plastic food tray, at least 5” by 8” for use with block printing, and a pair of scissors. You may bring your own fabric or paper however contact Janet for details of what you may need. Supply fee $5.00 to be collected at the workshop.
